TAKEALOT MONTAGUE GARDENS

Takealot Montague gardens bad service I'm waiting for my replacement product two weeks now which I was told I'll get it within 3-5days after i received a message from them. I called them alot of time then they keep on talking **** to me the one guy a spoken to didn't even wanted to give his name or put me through to the manager....please give some advice
