Takealot Missing Parcel No Feedback

Please assist I placed an order (Order #***) 25 NOV 2023 and received my incomplete shipment 05 Dec 2023. Below are the list of what i have received: - S*** - S*** - S*** - MDX*** - S*** * What was missing is Bright and Shine Wood Floor Polish. No POD was received to sign on.

I have logged a complain with the customer care team on the 06th Dec 2023. An Agent rep**** asking for details but nothing was done since.
