Takealot missing items

Having constant issues with dog food deliveries from takealot. They often mess up my order by not delivering one package. Then they expect me as the customer to spend hours emailing and raising help requests to get it sorted.

Worst of all they give credits and you need to wait even longer to get a real money refund
