Takealot Missing Item.

On 3 December 2021 I ordered and payed online for a combo deal , the Derma Roller and 3D Facial Roller. I received my order 13 days later after being given a run around for delivery when I was told it would be delivered sooner. I thereafter opened the package to notice one item was missing. After taking this to their attention and being patient with them since then, they are not resolving my matter and fail to transfer me to their senior managers. They do not understand the seriousness of this matter and implications involved. All I need is the missing item and this is closed.
