Takealot misleading delivery times

I placed an order 11 Dec, the products showed 5-7 working days to delivery, when I opened my basket, it showed delivery 23 Dec 22, I accepted this as it would be still before Xmas. After Checking out and paying, it then showed me 28 Dec 22!!!! This is not fair and not according to the delivery timelines advertised! 7 items that will not be under the Xmas tree! I called Customer Service and was told nothing can be done to get my delivery on time.
