Takealot mishap client has to take the brunt and wait for product no matter the time it takes.

I placed an order with Takealot on the 8th of October 2023 order number: #*** for a Groz oil dispensing pump @ R2817.00. The first problem I encountered or should I say disappointment I got was that immediately after I bought the pump, it's price dropped to R2239.00. Then I had to wait as they didn't have it in stock and had to wait for the supplier to order it . It was shipped 10 days later. And the parcel arrived 5 days later, the wrong product with the right label stuck on it. I looked a return on the parcel on the 24 th of October 2023 to my address or front door, as they advertise that they deliver anywhere in South africa. They never stuck to the dates they said they'd pick up the parcel always rescheduling again and again for another 20 days. Eventually I got a number to call t takealot as they don't even have one on their website. Yesterday on the 13 th of November I got hold of someone at takealot who canceled the original return , and logged a new one to the original address which seems to be easier for them to use. Today their couture service phones me at 15:30 to ask for directions to my door, although the address on record has changed. Their excuse the first time I phoned was that because I'm in an outlying area, their preferred courier service doesn't service my area on a daily basis and will only be in my area in a couple of days. Their motto " we're only happy when you are" , went down the drain long ago for me. It seems they don't give a thing for me as their customer. What would I say would've been service? 1. Getting their provider to pick up my parcel overnight on their account. 2. Having the replacement product at the pickup of the wrong product. 3. Giving me the discount of the dropped price. 4. Having waited this long not of my doing they could have actually made good in this mishap by presenting me with the parcel free of charge. Now that would've giving me something to smile about. According to their motto they must be fuming by now as I'm fuming.
