Takealot misery

I bought two items a Kichen faucet and motorized screen projector, the faucet came with a box that was tempered with, the box was open and the tap had some water droplets coming out.

The projector was a manual projector instead of a motorized one and had no remote as advertised. Upon returning the items I am advised that the projector cannot be replaced because it's out of stock.

My worry is that after I wrote a review on their page about my experience, my reviews were rejected for both the items, and it was just simple and honest reviews detailing what I got against what I ordered. So such a business is lacking ethics and has no interest in improving and serving its customers honesty.
