Takealot ****ming customers

I think takealot is just a online **** to get people to pay for items they dont heve stock of and sending them wrong items when being delivered. I had a order of R1.167 but because i wanted to make it cod market teams of takealot told me they did not have stock available for my order. So if i paid my order via payfast and not first queried my items what would have happened to my order that shows in stock via online but now they say no stock available? I think they refusing cod because when stock gets delivered to your door you must first pay the driver before you get your item and get to check if its not broken or wrongly packed. As long as they get paid you must now struggle with refund policies. I think this online shopping is ****ming people after i read all the bad reviews about takealot. I asked their service centre if a camera i was about to buy also fit the combo piece fittings that im buying separately and they could not even assist in answering my query. I would have phone the supplier atleast to find out the compatibility of their components. Im rather going to look through amazon or maybe makro for assistance but dont think people should trust takealot online shopping
