Takealot messing with delivery dates

When ordering dog food, I was given a delivery date that worked for me. After paying, the date was pushed out. Then, the day before the original delivery day, I was informed the food was only arriving a further 3 days later. Now it's incumbent of me to buy more dog food which effectively means a double payment. Of course Takealot.com are not able (not willing) to sort out my problem. Very disappointed in their level of service.
