Takealot messes up delivery and can't provide feedback or tracking number

I while ago I ordered a wine cooler from Takealot and after a few weeks it starting freezing up and soda cans burst and it was frozen solid at the back. Minimum temp is 5 degrees. I returned the product and was refunded....but not for delivery. This was a faulty item from the beginning. I ordered a different brand and had to pay another delivery fee. The soonest delivery day was 15 Dec, I put my home address as I would be on leave by that time. This morning I received a sms saying the order is out for delivery. There is not tracking number and after having to hold the line for 15min the consultant told me I am not allowed to amend delivery times and addresses after order was placed. Why is Takealot allowed to do this???? I can't leave work to sit at home from 8 to 5 when the courier decides to pitch. I asked for a tracking number so I can try contacting them myself. Jessica told me this is a 3rd party delivery and she can't supply me with a tracking number. Courier company phoned and I told them i spoke to Takealot and I am unable to go home they should take package to warehouse. Jessica said she would contact courier company and get back to me...Still no feedback since this morning at 9h00. I just received a message saying the item will go out for delivery again tomorrow...I AM NOT AT THE ADDRESS and can't get any feedback from Takealot after they caused the entire mess, I can't change the address to my work address. I am a client who had to pay for delivery now have to waste precious work time and airtime trying to sort Takealots mess to no avail. I am a very loyal client but really your customer service needs some work, especially when you are at fault
