Takealot messes up but the customer suffers

I ordered expensive headphones on 7th November, by 9 November I receive my order but to my surprise it’s not my expensive head phones instead it’s two cheap headphones and a memory card. I immediately log a return and reach out to takealot on Facebook. It’s the 15th and I still don’t have my expensive head phones or any idea when I will receive it, but takealot admit to it being a picking mistake but I need to wait 4 to 7 working days for them to evaluate The return which was only collected yesterday, when I complain about the waiting time and the fact that they messed up, I am told that’s their return policy.
