Takealot messed up my delivery, and stole R200 by not refunding the delivery charge.

I ordered a deluxe dishwasher, and they deliver the economy one. When I logged a return, they took days to get back to me, messed up the collection twice, and a human only spoke to me after I asked after several emails.

I asked for cash refund, so that I can go to a brick and mortar store to buy a dishwasher, to which they just credited my account, and immediately closed the ticket so that I cannot add any replies.

They did not even credit me for the R200 delivery they charged and messed up.
