Takealot messed up Messed up on an order for Christmas!!!!

<p>I places an order on the 12th December for 4 items as Christmas girls. Yesterday my order was delivered to my office. On arrival I open the *****ed package and only to realise that my sons gift just was cancelled with out any form of communication. Once I went through my order the 1 piano train was missing and Immediately called in and spoked the "hendrihet" and she confirmed that my parcel will be delivered on friday NOTHING TO DATE!!! </p> <p>Totally pathetic service and thanks for messing Christmas up for my son.</p> <p> </p>
