Takealot - Mess up in dispatch and no thank for returning goods

Takealot dispatch incorrectly without checking and had sent a package from their supplier containing 4 items of the same. I had ordered 1 item only to find that 4 were delivered. A week was given in order for them to realise their folly but no news. A return was then submitted allowing for the excess 3 items to be returned. A note was made so no refund was necessary.

This is the the highly upsetting and annoying bit. I get no Thank You, no voucher and no feedback at all.

Hello ! The returned goods were valued at R2400.

Catch a wake and sort out your house.

Be polite when others return goods delivered in error.

Say thank you and give a small portion back as a token of appreciation.
