Takealot mess up again

I recently purchased a fluff removal device and was sent the incorrect brand. Instead, I was sent a cheap Chinese make that I could have bought from the street. It's very unprofessional for a company of this size to get things wrong this way. Also when wanting to return the item, I'm not able to as it states it's a non-refundable item....So I can't return it but you sent me the incorrect brand of the device!???
