Takealot mess up!

Hi I had very poor delivery service from takealot, i ordered things last week with a delivery "Your order is being processed and your estimated delivery date is Tuesday, 05 October 2021". I bought it with a voucher. An hour after the estimated delivery time frame i got another email saying "We can confirm that we have stock available to replace all the items in this order and we'll be creating a new order for you shortly.

Once your new order has been placed you'll receive an email with your new expected delivery or collection date." being today, the driver came and guess WHAT he wants me to pay COD!!!!! THEY MESSED UP! He drove away with the parcel because of a mess up! Then i get an sms to saying " No Cash available on Delivery, so we will reschedule" as if it was my fault. They now wanted me to pay double for something that i already paid for!!
