TAKEALOT ****MERS

Takealot are ****mers.

I ordered a TV, which was not a smart TV and on the same day I ordered the correct Smart TV. Box was never opened. The advert was misleading in the first place. They rejected my return and refund saying TV was tampered with.

What a load of SHi...... I called the centre and they lady told me see would escalate the return.

On there instructions they returned the TV to me and told me to say that I ordered the wrong item. I should take it to the warehouse and return it. Which I did. This is the second time, with the reason that they gave me.

Today I receive an email to say it is rejected again. They say my reason was Submitted Return Reason: Product does not meet my expectations In this case, the product returned was used.

As the TV arrived bubble wrapped I took it to the warehouse.

Someone please help me to decide what to do.

I feel that there is no hope and that I should go to an Ombudsman.

I just cannot stop crying. How can they do this.

PRODUCT WAS NEVER EVER OPENED FIRST AND SECOND TIME. I am happy with the TV I bought in its place.

I will make sure everyone knows that buying electronics through Takealot is not worth the risk especially now that Christmas is upon us.
