Takealot ****mers

I bought a car battery on Takealot on the 26th of August. They had promised a delivery for the following week. It's 4 weeks now and these ****mers still haven't delivered. They keep telling me my parcel has been damaged in transit whenever it's delivery day. Everyday I'm on the phone with their useless team, constantly asking them to not schedule a delivery date as they can't fulfill any of their promises, and always ask them to keep my battery aside for a pick up. They don't want to do that. They don't wanna give me that option yet I've paid for that battery. I've never seen a company that works so hard to **** people and enjoy seeing their frustrations. I'm currently renting out a battery from some dude, paying R70 for every hire. That works out to more than what I've paid for when purchasing a new battery. Waiting a month for a battery that I purchased from a company that's based in south africa is crazy, it's like I'm waiting for an international product.
