Takealot ****mers

I ordered a stepper machine and it was delivered on Tuesday 30/07/24. On 01/08/24 I logged a return because I changed my mind and it was collected the next day. Yesterday 03/08/28 I received an email stating that my return was rejected because the product was damaged, opened and all that nonsense. I DID NOT even open the box and they are telling me that the product is damaged. I want my money back
