Takealot ****med me

Takealot ****med me. My order was canceled because it was overdue for collection however they sent an email to confirm that my order has been cancelled and I will get a refund in the next 2-3 working days. I used payflex for payment and it's been over 4 weeks now the 2nd installment went through and this week it's the 3rd installment for an order that was cancelled. I have been contacting their landline and they put me on hold everyday. I have sent emails there is no response. I am so dissapointed in Takealot
