TAKEALOT ****MED ME

I odered a Samsung A17 dual sim and phone cover on Takealot on the 7th February 2026 , on the 10th the packages were delivered but what i received was not what ordered.I did not not receive my phone instead what i received was perfume and so I logged a return and requested the funds be paid back into my account.The perfume was collected the next day and whilst going back and forth with emails today takealot states that they will not be refunding me and that they are going to deliver that same perfume I did not order again. And now I am stuck paying for a product i did not receive on payflex
