Takealot ****med me!

I'm absolutely disappointed in takealots horrible service. I always used to buy on the app and I trusted them. But wow I can't believe they would **** me. I purchased a phone from them that was faulty unfortunately. The only logical thing to do is to send it back right? I packed everything the way it came. According to 'warehouse' there's no charger in the box. They emailed me and came to the conclusion that my return is declined due to 'missing accessories' They emailed me saying they will send the phone back since it's declined but till today I've received nothing.
