Takealot means yes take it all !!!!!!!!!

Utterly disguisted in the service delivery from Takealot. I returned a defective kettle only to hear afterwards that the supplier does not have any stock, nor is listed with takealot anymore....... This is not my problem on your website advertised is precisely my product that was returned. How do you go through winter without a kettle, tell me that. After all your agents **** in my face to say that my product will be exchanged in 1 week..........
