Takealot : ***** me over with cheap drone almost 70% cheaper than the original price

I bought almost 4 drones in the last year and all of them had some other fault. the last one I bought in February this year work perfectly until it needed to be charged. After they did an assessment on the drone they said it was due to negligence. ( but the battery stopped working ) okay so time went by and I wanted to buy another battery just to get this thing working. only then I realized the drone they delivered was a R1200 cheaper than the one I ordered. Well I don not use the thing my husband does and I did not take note of the thing until, I had to order a battery for the drone. then we realized they *****ed us over with a cheap drone. and not they want to tell us policy this and that to protect them. but the fact of the matter is they acknowledged in a mail they did give me incorrect drone , but it was my fault not checking it. now they just say sorry you did not check but we know and can confirm we did send you incorrect one.
