TAKEALOT ****** me

I bought a baby stroller and being existed as a 1st time mother i trusted Takealot because I have been shopping there for years , the stroller came in a big plastic bag at my surprised i still open the item to see my item however the item wasn't as per my expectation- the stroller is too small and not safe for my baby ( MRRN-D7OG9-BKA7 ) I returned it and asked the refund to be credited i to my takealot account however they declined the product due to the packaging and not the item being damage - am so disappointed and I am because no communication was sent to me until I called them this morning the agent said they it was declined I am so sad and disappoint because HOW THE HELL AM I SUPOOSE TO SEE IF AM SATIFIED WITH THE ITEM WITHOUT OPENING THE PLASTIC BAG ITS NOT MY Fault that TAKEALOT packages their item this way
