Takealot ****** me

Takealot return is messy and they trying to rob me. No Refund and they took my item back.

I used one of the face products and I returned it as it was not meeting my expectations. Now they lying and they said my reason for return is because I said I don’t want the product anymore just so they don’t refund me. I don’t have refund and I don’t have the product. R320 gone. And no one cares
