Takealot masks a product

I bought a JVC 32" HD Ready LED Screen just over a year ago, which turns out to be a Diamond. The JVC sticker came off and to my surprise a Diamond logo appeared. Because it's over 1-year Takealot refuses to accept it. I feel that this is a misrepresentation and amounts to bad business practice. Had I known it was a diamond I would not have bought it.
