Takealot marked items as delivered and signed for by me when I received nothing

I am seething 😭 how does my takealot order say it’s been delivered and signed for by me when I did not receive even a phone call? What form of identification was used? I cannot spend more the R5k and you do not fulfil your end of the deal?
