Takealot manipulates product reviews and ratings

Takealot is a world class online shopping portal but as amazing as it is to shop on takealot.com I have a major issue. Product Reviews, Not all product reviews are published and it seems the negative ones are left off. I have double checked my reviews and there are discussions on public forums regarding this.
