Takealot making us feel cheated.

My wife and I both purchased the Volkano Impulse Bluetooth Headphones for R299 on the 24th May 2020 with payment confirmed and received for available stock and estimated delivery date of the 02nd June 2020. On the 29th May 2020 we received an update to advise that both orders were delayed and will be available from the 05th June 2020 (no problem with that right?) On Thursday 04th June 2020 we received a further notice that the orders have subsequently been cancelled and we will receive a credit to both our respective accounts. When I queried same telephonically, the agent Chad said he would escalate to his team leader at which point I clicked on my order and saw that the same device is now being advertised for R2909! If this was an error and they realised after the fact, I should get the items for the price advertised and payment which was accepted and confirmed.
