Takealot makes you WAIT A LOT!!!!!!

I bought a Bike from Kalahari in December last year, as we know they have now been taken over by Takealot. I was very surprised by the poor manufacturing of the bike as it was not cheap at all. I emailed Takealot almost two weeks ago to ask for them to have a look at bike, they keep promising to get a courier to pick it up, after four missed appointments, bike has still not been picked up. Can you imagine how long they will take to fix it and then return it to me. This is unacceptable, had I bough this bike at a normal shop I could have taken it back for a refund immediately. You make a whole lot of empty promises with NO ACTION!!!!
