Takealot makes you pay for their mistakes

I ordered 3 items, two were delivered correctly, the 3rd item was some random calendar. I had no trouble returning it or getting a credit, however, when I tried to re order the original item I would have to pay a delivery fee, or to ask for a full credit to be refunded to me, they deducted two thirds of the amount. So for their mistake I was penalised either way. The only way out was to order something with enough value to get a free delivery and then I could use my full refund. Really unacceptable
