Takealot made me cancel my Christmas

I ordered items from them on the 25th of November 2021. One of the items said that it would be shipped 5-7 working days so I would get it by Wednesday, 8 Dec. 2021 23h59. I was fine with that because it was for Christmas. Up to now 23rd Dec 2021 I have not received it, only a notice stating that I will only receive it on the 28th of December 2021. I am totally disappointed with this, I ever sent them an e-mail on 21st December 2021 stating that I wanted the items for Christmas and to date have not heard from them.
