Takealot lying about stock and Canceled my Order

Very disheartened and upset with takealot I ordered a couple of items with their blue dot sale and one of the items was a 16 inch Candere free standing fan I bought it for R304 and paid R70 delivery fee this was on the 24th of November 2023 and it was scheduled for delivery on the 6th of December 2023 today i received an email stating that they have canceled my order due to no stock and have credited my takealot wallet with the total of R374. Not only have they **** to me stating they have no stock they have stock of the exact item but are now selling it at R698 per fan which is unfair because they have stock but canceled my order stating they have no stock I just started to get a liking in takealot i used my last money to order that fan now i cant even find a fan for the amount they have refunded me takealot im very disappointed and you have now lost a customer
