Takealot lying about delivery

Service from Takealot is horrible

This is the 3rd time i have ordered from them and when delivery is expected they dont pitch up

Then when i log in to the site it says that i wasnt availble for delivery of the stuff i ordered when they have not even been to where i asked them to deliver to

Pathetic excuses and non pitching staff that dont even have the decency to pick up a phone to call me and arrange

I know thos cause i was at the delivery adress the whole day

And it not that bog a place to deliver to because im directly available for delivery

Like i said this is the 2nd time they did this to me pit of the 3 times i ordered from them

The service is pathetic and i am the customer so why must i phone after the payment is done
