Takealot lying

It appears takealot do not like criticism as the they have no complaints section on there website. I ordered a product which was in stock and would have been delivered today, 13th October. When I went to track my order it is now only available on the 19th, which does not suite me. Furthermore, because I have not received the sms I cannot change the delivery date now. If you want to do that then don't take my money now.
