Takealot lost the plot in offering reliable services

Takealot.com has gone from an OK online slot supplier to probably one that should be avoided at all costs. Placed order *** on October the 5th for a Multi-function G-shape Atmosphere Light Bluetooth Speaker Wireless Charger at a discounted price of R 598, and received the 3in1 Rainbow Atmosphere Desk Lamp Wireless Charger Portable Speaker costing R 250. Logged a query and asked that the item I paid for should be sent and the incorrect item should be collected. No replacement was sent, and I placed another order on the 9th of November, order number *** again for the Multi-function G-shape Atmosphere Light Bluetooth Speaker Wireless Charger - White, and again I received the cheap version. I called the cell number provided on Facebook as no live chat or any other form of contact is on the official Takealot.com website and after three calls all cut and explaining the same problem three times, I am right where I started since not one of the agents I spoke to could answer and thought that the item might be low on stock or something, had the decency to call me back! I can only pray that Amazon will be available to South Africans in the very near future.
