Takealot lost my return

After numerous calls and emails to them, they are still trying to pick up a return from me although the item was already picked up a few days ago. Seems like they have "lost" the item and can't seem to find a solution to the problem. I have no proof that the item was picked up as Takealot does not give you any form of proof when they collect a return. I need to be urgently credited with the correct amount as I need to buy a replacement. Ref: RRN-8b52-08a7
