Takealot lost my ordered item

I ordered an item from takealot .com and the courier lost my order, and nobody seems to know when will I get my item that I paid for. Their call centre is useless. I am still waiting for an order that I don't know if it will ever get to me. Poor and shocking service and will think twice before buying anything from them again.
