Takealot Lost my order and refuse to refund

I bought a ZTE Nubia RED magic 6r phone on takealot and the Phone couldn't connect using android auto, which should be possible as it is an android phone. I returned the phone as faulty stating that android auto doesn't work and the takealot technician didn't know what andoid means so he rejected the return stating that my request was invalid, as he thought android is an app I couldnt get to install on the phone. I then disputed the results and takealot have since misplaced the phone and refuses to refund me until they can locate the phone again. It has now been 2 weeks and they still can't locate the phone and they are leaving me waiting with no feedback.
