Takealot lost my order and is avoiding me

I placed on order on 20 November. Long story short they can't find the package it was supposed to be shipped on the 27th. They are unable to provide ANY information. They are dodging the issue and I am receiving absolutely no information from them. Stay away for TakeAlot, they don't care if they lose your order they will ignore you.
