Takealot losing their touch on customer service

I normally order from take alot with no hustles, but this time around it’s been a pain. I ordered 7 weeks ago to date I have not received my refund or the product. I lost interest in the product and requested for a refund which almost 2 months after I still have not received. They send automated e-mails that are not helpful and do not resolve the issue. No one seems to know how to process my refund. Very frustrating experience
