Takealot loses my 55inch tv and refunds me when there is stock

I purchased a 55 inch oled lg c1 TV from takealot when it was on sale. My delivery date got pushed forward bu a day and it wasn't shipped so I enquired and my TV was lost in transferred and I was refunded.

But there is stock of the same TV for the normal price.

Firstly, how can a 55inch TV get lost and why was I told that there was no stock yet there is stock at the full price?

This was a terrible experience, I passed up on other deals from other outlets because I had already purchased my TV from takealot and now I am left with nothing.

This is not how a long time customer should be treated.
