Samsung S20 FE, power button broke off in less than 3 months. Sent it back, they refuse to fix it, as it is user damage. I argued that it was not user damage, as I used the power button as intended. They still refuse to fix my phone, found a private guy that can fix it for next to nothing. Now my phone has been miss placed in the warehouse. 3 weeks after they asked where to ship the broken phone back to me, still don't know where my phone is and they avoid any responsibility.
