Takealot Loots Refund

I bought a 4x4 Recovery Kit 3 months ago at quite a high price expecting it to be of good quality. It unfortunately was not unto the standard I was hoping for and I opted to return it.

Being an online shop, they sent a courier to collect it, only to realize a few days later that they did not receive the Kit, but they did receive other items I sent back, which was all in the same packaging. A month went by and they finally found the Kit, and it was returned to their warehouse, in which I was notified via email and refund would be processed within 3 days.

Today, 3 months later, they still have not refunded me, even though I had countless email conversations with countless staff members which have no clue whats going on. Everyday a new person responds, asking the same questions without solving the problem. There is no urgency to contact me via telephone. It seems to me that they have no intention of refunding me, which is *****ing, and its quite pathetic.

This whole experience have scared my faith in takealot, and while I was a regular user of their service, I will no go out of my way not to use them.
