Takealot Logistics Pathetic, from Failed Delivery to Incorrect method of Refund!!!!!

Pathetic delivery system and service..after 2 failed attempts to deliver my item, I am livid to say the least, that I am contacting your call centre without any decent feedback as the calls are either cut, or I am promised a call back. I paid R1040 cash for my item en used R199 payflex credit to complete the purchase, now my credit is refunded to my account, and I can for some reason not process it into my bank account, after I already started repaying payflex as well. I demand urgent feedback and demand that what is owed to me be paid into the same account I used to process this order.
