Takealot liying drivers

I paid for my order to be delivered the following day,on the day of a delivery I got a whatsapp asking for my address and I gave them. 2hrs later I get sms saying takealot driver came to deliver I was unavailable meanwhile I was at my house waiting for them,why did n't they call me if they cant find my house???This means that Takealot drivers are *****,I want the delivery money that I paid😡
