Takealot live like Ostriches

I have purchased on Takelot for many years & had fantastic service until now. I purchased a small vacuum cleaner which packed up on me after 11months. The unit came in a long thin box, I assembled it with all components in the box & nothing extra was left. I returned my unit complete with all that was in the box for them to replace. They then accuse me of not sending everything. Backwards & forwards 8 emails later they keep replying with same **** that I am to hand in all parts. As much as I tell them I have NO other parts as the box it came in was tiny & thin. When I assembled the vacuum cleaner there was NOTHING left over & they now expecting me to work miracles & hand in other components. I warned them that I will take my complaint & shocking service to social media & they are now just ignoring me!!! I am appalled by their shocking service in resolving my complaint & broken vacuum cleaner. They now have my money & my purchase.

I would think twice before buying with Takealot.
