Takealot - Lies and poor service

For the third time now, Takealot has not delivered my order, stating that I "could not be reached", which is a blatant LIE!! I have people at my hoise 24 hours a day. With my previous order, I phoned their call centre, with no effect at all. Everytime they claim that I was not at the address, or could not be reached - again a lie - no phone call and no-one actually coming to my home. I cannot keep supporting Takealot if their service is unreliable and they cannot support their core business.
