Takealot lies and non delivery

Take alot Apex benoni is a true disappointment as I orders and paid for a product and delivery that has not been delivered today (14-08-2022 Sunday). Takealot Apex called me and said that the delivery Wil arrive after 17h00 and still has not arrived as it is now 18h20, aswell as they said that the product is marked as delivered and I should not worry about it. How much worse service can we expect.
